Getting Started

Who's eligible for iGO cashback?

This is the great part – you're eligible. Just so long as you:

  • Create a iGO Shopping Mall account
  • Provide a valid email address and password
  • Are at least 18 years of age and reside in the U.S.
  • Have a valid mailing address (a PO Box won't work)

How do I sign up?

It's easy. Simply click Log In and Shop, and you're on your way!

You'll be prompted to enter your name, email address and a password that you would like to use for your account. Accept the Terms & Conditions, and you're signed up! After you've completed the sign up form you'll receive a confirmation email. If for some reason you do not receive this email, it means that your account may not have been completed. If this happens, contact our Support Team at support@igoshoppingmall.com

What happens after I sign up and become am a member?

There are several ways to shop on our site:

  • Know the merchant you're looking for? Find the store in our list of merchants or search for the merchant in our easy-to-use search feature.
  • Looking for a general product category? Browse our extensive list of product categories and merchant listings to find what you need.
  • Searching for a particular product? Find what you're looking for using our advanced search technology, which lets you filter the results to find exactly what you want.
  • Looking for travel? Visit the Travel page to find our travel partners.

How do I download my SHOPPING ASSISTANT?

Never miss a cashback opportunity! Downloading your Shopping Assistant is easy! Just log in and then click the Download Shopping Assistant button on the main shopping page.

Can I refer a friend to shop and earn cashback?

Sure you can! It's easy, just click on the "Refer a Friend" link at the top of the page and enter your friend's name, email address and a custom message if you want. You can even upload your address book (from Gmail, Yahoo!, AOL, Outlook & others) and send invitations to up to 50 of your friends per day!

How can I assume this is legit? What about the potential for "spam?"

We have invested a tremendous amount of resources to ensure this entire program is safe and secure. All the information that we collect is protected by our strict privacy policy. We take the security of our customers extremely seriously.

Is there a limit to the cashback I can earn?

No, there is no limit. Shop and earn cashback to your heart's content. Try it, you'll love it.

When and how do I get iGO cashback?

Every time you sign in and visit "My Account", you are presented with your current cashback balances, it's clear and simple. You can see the pending, available, in process, and rewarded cashback amounts. Periodically, you may need to return a newly purchased item. Purchases made through iGO Shopping Mall remain as pending for up to 60 days from the date of purchase. Once that time has passed, we'll automatically send you your cashback (provided you meet your chosen minimum) around the fifth day of each month. Be sure to choose your method of reimbursement (check, direct deposit or PayPal) on your account page.

How often will I get iGO cashback?

Any time you have your chosen minimum in available cashback, you can request a payout by going to My Account. But it's even easier than that: we'll automatically send you the cashback around the fifth day of each month, as long as you meet your chosen minimum. Do you have less than the minimum in your account? Don't worry, just keep shopping! You never lose the cashback you've already accumulated, and we'll send it to you as soon as you hit your minimum.

Are there any fees associated with the withdrawal of iGO cashback?

Yes - we charge a $3 administrative fee each time you withdraw your accumulated cashback, to cover our costs associated with preparing and mailing checks or transferring the money to your bank account.

Must I have "cookies" enabled on my browser?

Yes. Your Internet browser stores tiny files called "cookies" – these allow web sites to recognize you when you go back there so you don't have to log in every time. You will need to have cookies enabled for cashback to work. If you block or delete cookies - even when you close your browser or shut down your computer - you may not receive all the cashback you are entitled to. If you block or delete cookies from http://igoshoppingmall.com, the Shopping Assistant will not function properly.

Must I have Javascript enabled on my browser?

Yes. Javascript is a programming language used to make the web easier to use. You will need to have Javascript enabled to use the http://igoshoppingmall.com site. In addition, you will need to have Javascript enabled for cashback to work with many merchants.

How does iGO Shopping Mall know I made a qualifying purchase?

Once you're logged in a iGO Shopping Mall store and start your purchases, the store knows you came from us. They simply report the purchase to iGO Shopping Mall and we go ahead and mark the cashback in your account as pending. Remember, we have to wait 60 days for potential returns before your cashback is available to withdraw (subject to your chosen minimum).

What about returns and exchanges? Or what if I cancel a purchase?

Returns and exchanges are subject to each store's return policy. By returning, canceling, or exchanging a portion or all of a purchase, the store will probably reverse your purchase with us. It makes sense, then, that we can't pay you any cashback from that transaction.

How do I know my purchase qualifies for cashback?

That's easy. Every item on the site that clearly displays a cashback symbol is eligible. It will even tell you what percentage of cashback you will get. Make sure you record and file your order confirmation that is sent to you with each purchase. If there is ever an issue with your cashback, we require this info to identify your purchase and find your cashback. It's the same exact concept as holding onto your receipt from a physical retailer.

When will a purchase show up in my account?

You should see your eligible purchases on your “My Account” page when the store confirms your purchase of eligible products from their site, usually in 1-7 days. Some stores may take longer to confirm the purchase.

If you've made a purchase and it doesn't show up within 7 days, feel free to file a cashback inquiry? Please be sure to wait 7 days to file inquiries, as merchants may take up to 7 days to credit your account.

Shopping Through the SHOPPING ASSISTANT

What operating system does the SHOPPING ASSISTANT work on?

The Shopping Assistant works with Windows (Vista/7) or Mac (Snow Leopard or Mountain Lion), and works with all major browsers: Internet Explorer 8+ and 9+ , Google Chrome 23+, Firefox 16+, and Safari 5.1+.

Is The Shopping Assistant safe?

Yes. It is also certified safe, virus-free and spam-free by Norton and McAfee.

Will the SHOPPING ASSISTANT respect my privacy? What is your privacy policy?

Yes. This web site is owned and operated by iGO Shopping Mall. iGO Shopping Mall takes user privacy seriously and makes all reasonable efforts to protect your privacy. Please read the policy carefully before sharing any personally identifiable information described below.

How do I download the SHOPPING ASSISTANT?

There are three ways to download your Shopping Assistant:

  • You can download the Shopping Assistant from your Email Invitation by clicking on the appropriate button for your operating system - Windows (Vista/7) or Mac OS X (Snow Leopard or Mountain Lion).
  • You can download the Shopping Assistant here: Download Shopping Assistant.
  • You can also download the Shopping Assistant by clicking on the "Download the Shopping Assistant" button located on the Shopping and Travel pages.
Note: If you're having trouble downloading the Shopping Assistant, please make sure that you running Windows (Vista/7), Mac OS X (Snow Leopard or Mountain Lion). If you are still having trouble, please contact Customer Service.

How do I shop using the SHOPPING ASSISTANT?

First, make sure the Shopping Assistant is loaded on your computer. If you do not see it when you launch your browser, then check your browser plugins/extensions and ensure it is enabled.

Next, make sure you are logged into the Shopping Assistant. You can tell you are logged in by the green button.

If you're not already logged into the Shopping Assistant, log in by launching your browser. The Sign In window will drop down. Fill in your email and password and press enter. You'll be logged into the Shopping Assistant. Again, you can confirm this by the green button.

If this is the first time you are using this computer, you may need to register your account. Simply click the Register link. Enter your email address, create a password, choose your country and then press the register button.

After you're logged into the Shopping Assistant, future shopping is easy. You may visit your favorite retailers using one of three ways:

  • Type the URL of the retailer directly into your browser
  • Click on any link from your email
  • Type the merchant's name directly in the Shopping Assistant search

Once you have navigated to the retailer’s website and before you start shopping, the status button will display "cashback Not Activated" and will be red. To make sure you earn cashback, click the "Activate cashback" button in the notification window. The status bar will change to show "cashback Available". If there are any additional Coupons, you can copy and paste them to use at checkout. You're now ready to shop!

How do I use coupons with the SHOPPING ASSISTANT?

You can use coupons directly from the Retailer's web site, from the Deals and Offers page in your cashback portal, or from the Shopping Assistant. Do not use coupon or discount codes you find on other websites or they may override and remove your cashback.
There are 2 ways to use coupons from your Shopping Assistant:

  • After you click the "Activate cashback" button to confirm cashback, the Shopping Assistant will display coupons or offers selected just for you. Simply click on the link or copy the coupon code from the Shopping Assistant. Shop as you normally would. During checkout, paste the promo code.
  • The Golden tag displays offers from the retailers you've visited. You can use these by clicking on the links in the drop down. After you click on the offer, you will be transferred to the retailer's website. Activate cashback, if you have not already. and you're ready to shop.

How do I uninstall the SHOPPING ASSISTANT?

You may uninstall the Shopping Assistant at any time. Uninstall the Shopping Assistant as you would any other software you want to uninstall.

How to uninstall for Windows Vista/7:

  • Close any other open browser Windows Vista/7.
  • Click on your Windows Start button. This is located in your taskbar. Depending on how your desktop is set up, this can be located at the bottom, top, or on the sides of your screens. In some cases taskbars can be hidden until you mouse over there are. In other cases your taskbar may always be visible.
  • From the Settings menu, select the Control Panel options. Double-click on Add/Remove Programs. Then, click on the Shopping Assistant. You may need to scroll down if you have several programs installed.
  • Once, you have located the Shopping Assistant, click on Change/Remove.
  • Select the Shopping Assistant option and then click OK.
  • Restart your browser.

How to uninstall for Mac:

Google Chrome:

  • Open Google Chrome. Navigate to the Window tab in your menu.
  • Click on Extensions.
  • Locate the Shopping Assistant in your Extensions list.
  • Click the box to uncheck "Enabled".
  • If you would like to delete the Shopping Assistant, click 'Remove'.

Firefox:

  • Close any other open browser windows.
  • Click on the 'Tools' menu, and then select the 'Add-ons' option.
  • Click on Shopping Assistant, to select the Uninstall button.
  • Restart Firefox.

Safari

  • Close any other open browser windows.
  • Select the "Safari" menu option at the top of your screen and scroll down to "Preferences."
  • Click on "Extensions" tab to see installed extensions, then select Shopping Assistant and click uninstall.

What if I shop on a different computer than the one I installed the Shopping Assistant on?

The best way to make sure you receive all your cashback is to install the Shopping Assistant on every computer you use for shopping. There is no limit to how many computers you can download the Shopping Assistant on.

If you do not want to download the Shopping Assistant on auxiliary computers, you can log into your cashback portal's website at http://igoshoppingmall.com and shop by clicking on any "Buy Now", or "Redeem" buttons. Once you've been transferred to the retailer's website, you can shop as normal.

My employer's website blocks me from downloading the Shopping Assistant.

We advise all shoppers to shop from home on their personal computers.

Is the Shopping Assistant available on the iPad?

No. We do not currently have a Shopping Assistant app for the iPad.
However, you can still shop on the cashback portal through any browser on your ipad or iphone.

Do you have a mobile app?

No. We do not currently have a Mobile App.
However, you can still shop on the cashback portal through any browser on your ipad or iphone.

Shopping From Your cashback Portal

How do I earn cashback through the cashback portal?

BROWSING OR SURFING

To protect your cashback, be sure to begin each and every shopping session from your iGO cashback portal or your iGO cashback Shopping Assistant. Without this key step, merchants will not be able to track your order or award your iGO cashback.

Earn cashback by clicking on any Redeem, Shop Now, and Buy Now buttons, or Logos.

It’s important to note, after you click through to a merchant from your cashback portal and make a purchase, if you visit somewhere else on the web and make a subsequent or second purchase, you may not receive cashback for that second order. This is because the most recent web visit may override your cashback “cookie.” In order to make sure you receive cashback of each purchase, start at http://igoshoppingmall.com and click through to the store again.

If you use multiple browser windows, you must shop from the Window that opens up for you after you've clicked on the Redeem or Buy Now link.

If you click through from iGO Shopping Mall, make a purchase, and then leave iGO before completing your purchase, you may not receive cashback. This is because other websites may “set cookies” that override iGO Shopping Mall's and remove your cashback. So make sure you complete your shopping in one visit.

SPECIFIC PRODUCTS

You can tell which products qualify for cashback by looking at the Merchant page for each merchant. Just search for the merchant, once on the merchant's Deals and Offer's page, click on "Click here to read the full cashback guidelines."

How can I see all participating merchants?

You can find a complete list of merchants on the Shopping page of your portal.

Where can I find store coupons?

Looking for store coupons to save more money? There are a couple of ways to find coupons for the stores you want to shop. You can click on the "Coupon Savings" link on the Shopping page to find a list of all coupons, and narrow your search by keyword or by merchant's offering Free Shipping.

How can I find a product that I'm looking for?

There are several ways for you to easily find the product that you're looking for. The easiest way is to use our advanced search technology on your browser Shopping Assistant or on the shopping page to search for a product you're looking for.

To begin, simply type the product you're looking for in the search box. Remember, the more descriptive you are, the better the search results will be. You will be directed to the Search Results page, which displays all items that match your search criteria. Your Current Search shows the terms that you used for the search. You can easily remove each term by clicking X next to the keyword or you can even Clear Current Search if you'd like.

Use the Narrow Your Search menu to add additional keywords and to search for the product you're looking for at a particular merchant or by a particular brand you can also use the Slidebar to narrow your product search by price.

Cashback

When will a purchase show up in my account?

When should I file a Cashback inquiry?

File a cashback inquiry if your item has only been partially credited or if it has been at least seven days and your have not received credit. If a purchase is partially credited include in the order confirmation area that you haven't been credited the correct amount.

My cashback hasn't posted yet, and it's been more than 7 days. what should I do?

You should file a cashback inquiry so that we can begin an investigation with the merchant. Here's how you file a cashback inquiry:

  • Log in to your account.
  • Click on My Account.
  • Click on "Help" and "Find My cashback" in the My Accounts side menu.
  • Find the merchant that you placed an order with. Then click on "Find My cashback" next to the merchant's name.
  • Fill out all the information. Since we already have the receipt/invoice. Please type "sent via email" in the order confirmation box.

What are coupon/promo codes?

Coupon codes are text codes that you enter into a merchant’s store, during check out. Coupon codes trigger special on-line shopping discounts such as free shipping and discounts.

What if the store already offers a discount?

If the merchant you visit already offers a discount, then you will still receive your cashback if you click on the offer on iGO Shopping Mall. If you click on the offer at another site, you will not receive cashback.

Do I need to purchase items online to receive my cashback or can I purchase items in the store?

All purchases must be made online through your iGO Shopping Mall store in order to earn cashback.

What if I return or exchange something I purchased?

You will not earn cashback for returned or exchanged purchases. Orders are considered complete once the exchange and return periods are expired, which is typically 60-90 days.

Why has the amount of cashback decreased in my account?

There are usually 2 reasons for these decreases:

  • You used a promo or coupon code that wasn't from your iGO Shopping Mall store.
  • You returned an item or cancelled and order.

What are reasons I might not earn cashback?

  • Your cookies were turned off. Please click the "Test My Computer" link (found on the "My Account" page) to make sure.
  • You entered a coupon code not found on/or associated with iGO Shopping Mall during the checkout process for the merchant.
  • You cancelled or returned the order.
  • You used a discount offer not offered by iGO Shopping Mall.
  • You placed the order offline by calling the merchant.
  • You purchased a gift card or gift certificate.
  • You bought an item that did not qualify for cashback.
  • The terms of the offer were not met. Please check the cashback guidelines of each merchant.
  • You purchased an item online, but picked the order up in store. If we have not expressly noted that you can earn cashback rewards in the cashback guidelines for the merchant, you will not earn cashback for your purchase.
  • You purchased prescription medications. Prescription medications (for humans & pets) are not eligible for cashback.
  • You purchased a gaming system. Most merchants do not pay cashback on gaming systems. Please check merchant guidelines.
  • You purchased a monthly delivery service like a tea-of-the month club or telephone service. These offers are not eligible for cashback unless the service is paid for up front or in cases where it's noted up front. Please check the cashback guidelines for each merchant.
  • You saved items in a shopping cart at a merchant's store, and then clicked on a iGO Shopping Mall link from your store to add more items. The items that will qualify for cashback, will be the items that you clicked after you clicked through from your iGO Shopping Mall link.
  • You made a purchase with a gift card.
  • You pre-ordered an item. Pre-orders likely do not qualify for cashback.
  • You purchased an extended warranty or travel insurance. Extended warranties and travel insurance are not eligible for cashback.

How do I use coupons from the iGO Shopping Mall store?

  • If no coupon code is required, click the coupon link and the coupon discount will automatically be applied to your order during the store's checkout process.
  • If a coupon code is required, copy the "text code" from the merchant's Deals and Offers page. Begin shopping. During your checkout process on the merchant site, look for the "Promotion Code" or "Coupon Code" field. After you've found it, right click and paste the code into the box.
  • If you use a coupon that was not found on iGO Shopping Mall, you may not receive cashback for that purchase. Merchants keep track of their coupons and they may credit your order to another site.

Can I use a coupon code I received from a merchant in an email and still get cashback?

You can only use coupon codes that are posted on iGO Shopping Mall or found in your weekly emails from iGO Shopping Mall and still get cashback for your order. Please, check the iGO Shopping Mall page for that store to see what coupons we have available.

Can I make purchases directly from the merchant and still receive cashback?

To receive cashback from iGO Shopping Mall on your purchase, you must Log into your iGO Shopping Mall store. Then, click on the links on the Deals and Offers page to the merchant's website. Merchants track the source of your visit and what you buy. The order can then be tracked to your iGO Shopping Mall account.

How can I make sure that I get my cashback?

  • Only click on links through your iGO Shopping Mall store.  Clicking through from other websites or typing the URL directly into your web browser without going through iGO Shopping Mall may hinder your ability to earn cashback. The credit for the order may not be given to iGO Shopping Mall.
  • Make sure your shopping cart is empty when you click through to the store from your iGO Shopping Mall store. Merchants can track whether the items you've added to your cart were added before you clicked on your iGO Shopping Mall store link. If you have items already saved in your shopping cart, you may not be eligible for cashback on those items.
  • Don't click on other links to go to an online store or click on pop-up ads while searching and shopping. Merchants may not credit the cashback to iGO Shopping Mall, but the last links you clicked on.
  • Don't delete cookies. Cookies are how merchants track who should receive credit for a purchase.
  • Please don't close your browser while shopping. If you close your browser during shopping, your order may not qualify to earn cashback because the cookie may not be set correctly. If you close your browser, go back to the iGO Shopping Mall link for that merchant. If there were items in your cart before you closed it, you will need to add to re-add these items to make sure you earn credit for them.
  • Make your purchase soon after you click through to the merchant. After you click the link from your iGO Shopping Mall store, try to purchase soon after. If you take a long time going through the checkout process, or come back to it days or weeks later, the cookie may expire. If the cookie expires, you will not earn cashback. If over 2 hours have passed since you clicked through from a iGO Shopping Mall store, then we advise that you re-click through to the merchant from your iGO Shopping Mall site before ordering. You will also need to clear your cart on the merchant's website and make sure that all the items in your cart were added after you clicked through the iGO Shopping Mall link.
  • Save the receipt from your purchase at least until the cash is credited to your account. If there's any difficulty in receiving cashback from the merchant, you'll need the receipt to provide details of the transaction.

Comparison shop for items on iGO Shopping Mall or search other sites before you decide to use iGO Shopping Mall. If you want to find the cheapest price for a product, compare items at other sites. You'll find that you'll get the best deal and cashback when you purchase through iGO Shopping Mall. If you shop through comparison sites after you've clicked the iGO Shopping Mall link, you may not earn cashback for these purchases. Click through the iGO Shopping Mall store links before purchasing an order.

Why is the amount posted to my account different than the sales total of the item I purchased?

Cashback is calculated based on the subtotal of your order. Retailers do not pay cashback on taxes, insurance, shipping or any other service charges.

What should I check first?

  • Make sure your cookies are on. Adjust any browser settings or anti-virus to ensure you're accepting first and third party cookies. Check our helpful guides.
  • Make sure you're logged into your account.

How do I make an order?

  • Log into your store's cashback account.
  • Search for the merchant store you want to shop at or view all merchants.
  • Complete the purchase in the browser window that opens for you. Do not open any other browser tabs or windows. Clicking on links from search engines or special merchant sites will interfere with earning cashback.
  • The merchant will report your order to us and credit the earn cashback.

How do I make an order from the SHOPPING ASSISTANT?

  • Make sure that your Shopping Assistant is logged in.
  • Search for the merchant or product you're interested in.
  • Click through on the Merchant or Product page.
  • Complete the purchase in the browser window that opens for you if you click through from a product. If you are shopping directly through the Shopping Assistant, click the pop up that asks if you'd like to earn cashback.
  • The merchant will report your order to us and credit the cashback.

Simple Dos and Don'ts

DO

  • Do make sure you've tested your cookies and adjusted any security settings in your anti-virus or browser security.
  • Do make sure you start all shopping for which you want to earn cashback, from your store's cashback shopping portal.
  • If you need to return and repurchase an order, make sure that you place the order through your store's cashback portal to receive cashback on the new order.
  • Do make sure to keep your receipt or order confirmation until cashback has been reported to your account.
  • Do visit the merchant's deals and offers page if you want to find coupons or sales.
  • Do shop online if you want to receive cashback. Purchases made offline, do not qualify for cashback.

DON'T

  • Don't use coupons, offers or deals from outside the store's cashback portal. This includes offers sent directly to you in the mail.
  • Don't open other browsing sessions, windows or tabs when placing an order. This could interfere with the order tracking correctly.
  • Don't have items in your cart from previously saved shopping sessions, before you click on your store's cashback link.
  • Don't delete cookies during or after shopping. Merchants use cookies to track your order.

Understanding Merchant Listings

How can I view stores that are available for me to shop from?

Clicking on View All Stores will take you to a searchable list of all stores that are available for you to shop. You can find a store by alphabetical name, by entering specific keywords or by searching for a category of products that a merchant offers.

What are Featured Stores?

Featured Stores are popular stores that we've chosen to give you easy, one-click access to without searching. You can click on the logo of your Favorite Store in the scrolling banner and go to the store's detail page. You can also click on Featured Stores, which will take you to a searchable list of our Featured Stores.

How can I find a specific merchant that I'm looking for?

There are several ways to find the merchant that you're looking for. The easiest way is to search for the merchant by name in your browser Shopping Assistant. Simply start typing the name of the merchant in the box, and the results will auto-populate. Select the name of the store you're looking for and you will be taken directly to the store's website.

You can use the Search Feature on the Shopping page. Start typing the name of the merchant in the box, and the results will auto-populate. Select the name of the store you're looking for and you will be taken to the store's detail page.

You can also use View All Stores to find your store, or choose from our list of Featured Stores by clicking on Featured Stores at the bottom of the page or by clicking on the store's logo in the scrolling banner.

How will the merchant listings be displayed?

Your initial Search Results will display the first 5 of the total number of merchants returned in your search. What information does the merchant listing contain?

Every merchant listing contains:

Store logo – This is the store's logo. Clicking on the store's logo will take you to the store's detail page, where you will find a link to shop as well as the store's cashback, description and coupons.

Store name – This is the store's name. Clicking on the store's name will take you to the store's detail page.

Description – The description tells you a little about the store and its website.

Coupons – This shows you the total number of coupons available for this store. You can click on the number to view the store detail page and any coupons available to redeem. If "O" is displayed, it means that no coupons are currently available for this store.

Cashback – This is the total cashback that the store pays on each completed purchase, before tax and shipping (if applicable), and after any discounts or coupons used. If you see "Up to X%", it means that the store pays different percentage of cashback for different products offered.

Shop Store – Clicking on Shop Store will take you directly to the store's website to start shopping.

Add to Favorites – Clicking on the heart shaped Add to Favorites icon will add the store to your Favorites list. You can always remove the store by clicking on Remove, or by removing them in your Account under Favorites.

Your Current Search – This shows the name of the store's detail page that you're viewing.

Narrow Your Search – This allows you to Narrow Your Search by entering any keywords for specific products that you're looking for in this store. Entering keywords here starts a search of products in this store that contain those keywords.

Popular Categories – This shows a list of popular Product Categories that this store offers. Clicking on a category starts a search for products in this store that fall into that category.

Can I add my favorite merchants to list for easier access?

You can easily add your favorite stores you like to shop to your Favorites list so that you can access them without searching for them. Simply click on the heart shaped icon to add the merchant to your Favorites list. You can access your Favorites list in your Account under Favorites. You can remove a favorite from the list anytime you like by clicking Remove.

Understanding Product Listings

How do I search for a product by category?

Have a category of products that you want to browse? You can easily search for products by category. Click on the category you're searching for on the Shopping page, or click "View All" to view a complete list of categories and the merchants that offer these categories of products.

How can I find a specific product that I'm looking for?

There are several ways to find the product that you're looking for. The easiest way is to search for the product in your browser Shopping Assistant using our advanced search technology. Simply type the name of the product in the box, and the Your Search Results will display.

You can also use the Search Feature on the Shopping page. Type the name of the product in the box, and the Your Search Results will display.

How many search results will be displayed?

Your initial Search Results will display the first 12 of the total number of items returned in your search. You can change the total number of items shown per page by clicking on the "Items per Page" box at the bottom of the page and choose to show 12, 24, 48 or 96 items per page.

Product Image – An image of the product you're searching for. Clicking on the product photo will allow you to see more details on the product.

Comparison Icon - The check mark indicates the ability to compare products. Click on the checkbox to add it to your Compare list to compare it with other products.

Favorite Icon – The heart shaped icon indicates the ability to add this product as one of your Favorites. Click on it to add it to your Favorite product list.

Product Name - This is the name of the product Click on the name to see more details on that product.

Price – This is the price of the item, before tax or any discounts.

How can I sort my Search Results?

We've made it easy for you to sort your Search Results and find the best deal on the product you're looking for.

First, your Search Results can be displayed in a window or list view. To change the view, simply click on the window or list icon

You can sort your Search Results by:

Best Match - By default, your Search Results are displayed by Best Match. Best Match takes terms you search for and sorts them by closely matching the terms with products in our database.

Name - Sorting by Name does just that, it sorts your Search Results by Name. Sorting by Name is best utilized when searching for the specific name of a product and not a general broad product search.

Price - Sorting by Price gives you the ability to sort products from lowest to highest price, or highest to lowest price. You can further narrow your Search Results by using the Sidebar to get the price range that you want.

Cashback - Sorting by Cashback sorts the Search Results by the percentage of cashback, from highest to lowest.

Total Cashback - Sorting by Total Cashback uses the amount of cashback when applied to the price, to give you the lowest price with the most cashback.

What are your search terms?

Your Current Search shows the terms that you have entered on your product search. To remove a search term click the "X" next to the term, and the results will be updated. If you want to start over on a fresh search, click "Clear Current Search and you will be able to create a new search.

How can I narrow my search to find the exact product I'm looking for?

You narrow down your search to find the exact product you're looking for and filter out the ones you don't want by adding new terms to the Keyword, Merchant, or Brand search fields. Once you add your new term, hit enter or click on the magnifying glass and your results will be updated. You will notice that the new term will show under Your Current Search.

What are keywords that I can use to narrow my search results?

Keyword: This can include anything from descriptive colors to specific names of products. The more specific terms you enter, the better your search results will be.

Merchant: Looking for a product from a particular store? Enter the store name as a merchant keyword to show results from that merchant.

Brand: Know the brand you're looking for? You can enter brand names like Nike, Sony, and Apple to narrow Your Search Results by brand.

How can I narrow my search by price?

There are a couple of ways to narrow Your Search Results by price. You can narrow your results by entering the MIN and MAX prices that you're looking for, or by moving the sliders to select the price range that you would like.

Can I compare products that I search for?

You can add up to 5 products in Your Search Results to compare. Comparing is easy -just click on the check box to add the product to the Compare list.

To compare the products that you've selected, click on Go and you will be taken to a page where you can compare the name, price, cashback percentage, and description for each item.

You can remove items from "Your Search Results" by clicking on the checkbox of the selected item, or clicking on the item once it is added to your queue.

How can I filter search results from Amazon.com?

Some searches can be overwhelming, with some stores having millions of products in their database.

To get the best search results from stores like Amazon.com, we've separated it from other search results. You will notice By Category, with Amazon Products listed below. This displays search results listed only on Amazon.com. It works the same as other searches. It's just another way to deliver an easier, more specific search.
